At The House of Chandira, every product is thoughtfully designed and carefully packed to ensure it reaches you safely.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, and external factors beyond our control.

Replacement & Damage Policy

As our products are premium design pieces, we follow a replacement-only policy.

Eligible for Replacement

  • Replacement is applicable only in case of transit damage.
    To qualify for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported on the same day of delivery

  • Customers must share:

    • Clear images and/or video of the damaged product

    • Unboxing video (highly recommended)

    • Order number

No Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns for any reason other than transit damage.

  • Products once delivered and accepted cannot be returned.

No Refund Policy

  • We follow a strict no-refund policy.

  • In approved cases, only replacement will be provided.

  • Refunds (full or partial) are not offered under any circumstances.

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are a natural result of the design and manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

  • Damage claims raised after the same day of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

  • The House of Chandira reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests after inspection.
